VOLLEYBALL: TITANS WIN SILVER BRACKET IN W’VILLE

Three victories, two of them determined in three sets, helped Memorial win the silver bracket of the Woodville volleyball tournament Saturday.
Memorial defeated both Beaumont ISD high schools and topped Bridge City in three sets, upping its mark to 6-1 on the season. Memorial beat West Brook 25-17, 21-25, 25-15; Bridge City 16-25, 25-22, 25-23; and Beaumont United 25-13, 25-21.
No statistics were available. Memorial will host Little Cypress-Mauriceville on Tuesday, when Bridge City will visit Kelly.
