**CORRECTS result of Sabine Pass vs. Boys Harbor**

LEAGUE CITY — Port Arthur Memorial remained unbeaten on the season after winning two games in the Clear Creek boys basketball tournament.

Memorial (6-0) defeated Galveston Ball 76-58 with the help of five double-digit scorers. Jyson Butler scored 15 points, Deon Williams and Thailan Wesley each had 14, and Bishop James and Reao Keller each netted 11.

Memorial pulled away steadily after being tied with Ball 12-12 through one quarter. The halftime score was 33-24 in the Titans’ favor.

Wesley scored 19 points in the Titans’ 54-35 rout of Clear Falls. Memorial led that one wire-to-wire, ahead 21-11, 28-17 and 37-24 at the periods.

Darion Chatman scored nine points and Keller and Butler contributed six apiece.

SABINE PASS 63, BOYS HARBOR 47

SABINE PASS — The annual Sabine Pass tournament started well for the host Sharks.

Jamyus Jones and Daniel Sam combined for 56 points in a 63-47 win over Boys Harbor on Thursday. Jones finished with 30 points, converted 4 of 4 free throws and made 13 of 21 from the field (8 of 10 in the second half). Sam had 26 points and was 11 of 19 from the floor, 6 of 8 in the second half.
