Moses declared winner of PA Council race

Charlotte Moses has won the Port Arthur City Council race for the at-large Position 7 seat.
Moses won with a total of 843 votes, or 60.95 percent, compared to Reginald Trainer’s 540.
In all, 1,383 of the city’s 28,640 registered voters went to the polls or voted early in the electoin.
