Moses leading PA Council race in early voting

Charlotte Moses has taken an early lead in the Port Arthur special election for a new Position 7 City Council member.
Early voting results have been tabulated, giving Moses about a 20 percent lead over Reginald Trainer.
Of the total 1,053 votes cast during the two-week early voting time, Mose received 633 votes compared to 420 received by Trainer.
