Mrs. Mamie Andrus, of Port Arthur died Thursday, September 3, 2015 at home with loved ones.  A native of St. Martinville, LA, she was a resident of Port Arthur for over 70 years.  She was employed by the Community Retirement Center.
She is survived by one son, Errol D. Andrus (Jackie) and one grandson, Keenan E. Andrus all of Beaumont, TX.
A visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at New St. John Baptist Church.  Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 with Rev. Claude Comeaux, officiating.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
