Brenda J. Johnson, 79, of Port Arthur, TX was called to rest on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at her home surrounded by her children.

She was born in Port Arthur, TX on April 23, 1944, to the late Upshy and Vera Bell.

She was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School class of 1962.

Brenda dedicated her life to raising and training her children and grandchildren in the Lord.

She was a member of New Light Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation is scheduled from 8:oo am to 10:00 am on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at New Light Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will follow at 10:00am at the church with Pastor Joseph Rizzo delivering her eulogy and Reverend Kerry Nonette officiating.

Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.
