Hazel Mae Chambers, 91, of Houston, died Sunday, November 10, 2019.

She was born on March 15, 1928, in Nederland, to Eunice Luquette and Albert Cessac.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Chambers, of Houston; grandchildren, Ryan Peterson, of Oak Harbor, Washington and Brittany Peterson, of Dallas; brother-in-law, Royce Chambers, of Groves; and sister-in-law, Shirley Funderburk.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 42 years, Don Allen Chambers; and brothers, Mines Cessac, A.J. Cessac, and Willie Cessac.

A private family graveside service will be held at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches, at a later date under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
