Small business center offers free seminars

Conrad Cooper, business consultant, will be the featured speaker for free seminars on “Starting Your Own Business.”
The sessions will be held at the Small Business Development Center, Lamar State College Port Arthur, 1401 Procter St.
Sessions are scheduled for the following times and days:
- 9-noon, Feb. 26
- 5:30-8:30 p.m., March 12
- 9-noon March 26
