Bill McCoy, president of the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce, welcomed new businesses to the chamber and thanked them for their attendance to the New Members Showcase 2016 on Thursday night at the Park Central Holiday Inn in Port Arthur while Paige Snyder, membership director and events coordinator, looked on.
