Orias Wade “O.W.” Butler

O. W. Butler age 74 passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas-Beaumont. O. W. was born on January 18, 1941 in Altha, Florida to Mathew and Mamie Rowe Butler. O. W. was a retired commercial fisherman and crabber. He served our country during the Korean conflict as a Military Policeman with the U. S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith.
O. W. was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Suzanne Butler of Port Arthur, sons, Ray and wife Rhonda Butler of East Point, FL., Luke Duckworth of Port Arthur, daughters, Rebecca Cole of Port Neches, Laura Butler of Groves, Angie and husband Chad Bellard of Nederland, Christina and husband Robert Frith of Katy, Mamie and husband Michael Leger of Nederland, Emma and husband Tony Delargy of Clinton, Iowa., Olivia Williams of Port Arthur, brothers, Mathew and wife Barbara Butler of Nederland, Johnny Butler of Harlingen, Fred and wife Sats Butler of Pensacola, FL. sister Katie and husband Ken Yates of Fort Worth, 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Monday, June 15, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Thompson Memorial Chapel of Clayton Thompson. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
