Norma Jean Kelly was born July 29, 1956 in Port Arthur, TX to the late Norman Rodgers & Ethel Hall Rodgers.

She was a resident of Port Arthur for over 50 years.

Norma loved spending time with family and never met a crossword puzzle she couldn’t solve.

She departed this life on Monday, March 9, 2020.

She is preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Kelly Sr., her children, Kenneth Kelly Jr., Jana Kelly and Kendrick Lightfoot, five grandkids, two sisters, four brothers and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 12 noon Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at New Light Baptist Church with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
