PHOTOS: Traffic lights installed at Memorial and 39th in Port Arthur

Workers with Third Coast Services spent their Wednesday working on replacing a traffic light at Memorial Boulevard and 39th Street in Port Arthur.
The work caused the northbound traffic of Memorial to merge into one lane through the intersection.
