Charles Hugh Millard was born in Nacogdoches, TX to Nolice and Lois McGowan Millard on October 24, 1942. After attending Lincoln High School, he served in the U.S. Army.

Charles is survived by his sons Darryl Millard (Kimberly), Dwayne Millard (Shelley), surrogate sons Michael Nolan and Brian Hawkins, sister Geraldine Ray and a host of other family members and friends.

His family will hold a private Memorial in Nacogdoches, Texas.
