Lewis E. Teague, 84, of LaBelle, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in Port Arthur.

Lewis was born July 25, 1932 in Navarro County, Texas to Fred and Delphia Teague. He was a lifelong resident of the Port Arthur area and served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Lewis retired from the welding department of Star Enterprise in 1994.

Lewis is preceded in death by his wife, Lee Pearl Teague in 2005; he is survived by three sons, Kim T Teague (Debra) of LaBelle, David L. Teague (Theresa) of Groves and John D. Teague (Dawn) of Port Acres; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a sister-in-law all of of whom he dearly loved. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

The family will receive friends tonight at Grammier – Oberle Funeral Home from 5:00 until 8:00. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 in the Grammier- Oberle Funeral Home Chapel with the interment following at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
