Claude Joseph Chaission, Jr., 74, of Port Arthur, TX passed away December 20, 2015 in Lafayette, LA.

    A visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 29 at New Harvest World Church, the Johnny Offord officiating. He will be laid to rest at Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife Gloria; 5 daughters Annissia Kerelegan of Texas City, TX, Claudia Chaission of Rialto, CA, Martina Dixon and Bridgette Chaission of Opelousas, LA and Brandi Chaission of San Bernardino, CA; 2 brothers Morris Chaission of Palm Springs, CA and Cleveland Chaission of Dallas, TX; 1 sister Ilena Edwards of Inglewood, CA- 6 grandchildren; his childhood friend Whitney Como Jr. and nephew Julius Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
