George Everett, of Port Arthur, TX died Friday, August 7, 2015 at the Medical Center of SE Texas.  He was a longtime resident of Port Arthur and retired from Huntsman Chemical Company after 25 years of service.  He was a member of Eastern Star Baptist church.  George was a very humble man with a huge heart.
Survivors include his wife Wylon Everett; father Chris Everett; daughter Valincia A. Everett; stepson, Rahsaan Antoine; siblings Jerry Malveaux (Anthony) Shreveport, LA, Mary Lou James (Robert) Beaumont, TX, Larry Everett (Charlotte) Richmond, TX, Connie Bobb (Michael) Port Arthur, TX, Michael Everett (Stacy) Houston, TX, Willie Lee Everett (Helen) Beaumont, TX, Ella Everett of Beaumont, TX; grandchildren, DerriYiaan and DeYanni Hayes, Anita Bercier, KaeSyn “George” Mitchell, DeKovin, Riyad, Kacy, Kody, Cydney and Rilan Antoine; a host of nieces, nephews that he loved all so much; devoted friends, Warren Petry, Murphy Provost, Thomas Brown and Nate Garrett; other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Eastern Star Baptist church Church with a viewing from 9 a.m. until service time.  Rev. Lloyd Scott will officiate.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
