StayAPT Suites announced the grand opening of its newest property in Port Arthur, marking its sixth location in the Lone Star State.

Situated at 7800 Medical Center Blvd., this three-story establishment offers 88 well-appointed rooms, providing guests with a comfortable and convenient apartment-style suite, company officials said.

Gary A. DeLapp, president and CEO of stayAPT Suites, said the strategic positioning near key businesses Valero Refinery, ExxonMobil and the Port of Port Arthur ensures guests have access to their professional commitments and the local attractions that make Port Arthur unique.

“We look forward to fostering strong connections with surrounding businesses and contributing to the continued growth and success of the area,” he said.

The 88-room stayAPT Suites in Port Arthur offers an open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted smart television.

A full-size kitchen features full-size appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.

The private, separate bedroom down the hall from the living area offers a king or two queen-sized beds, a walk-in closet, a spacious desk and a second large, wall-mounted smart television.

Guests can enjoy an outdoor courtyard with a built-in grill station, on-site guest laundry facilities and a fitness center.

Company officials said Port Arthur is strategically situated to cater to business and leisure travelers.

“The hotel is near several local businesses and attractions, making it an ideal choice for those visiting the area for work or pleasure,” a release notes. “Notable nearby businesses and attractions include Beaumont City Center, Motive Enterprises, Valero Refinery, Port of Port Arthur, The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Central Mall, Jack Brooks Regional Airport, ExxonMobil Corporation, and BASF Corporation Port Arthur.”

Port Arthur marks the 23rd stayAPT Suites hotel to open nationally, with company officials say the expansion has “disrupted the long-term lodging segment with its signature layout and aggressive development schedule” with “nationwide momentum and commitment to providing exceptional accommodations.”
