Port Arthur students excel at Top Teens of America event

Several Port Arthur Independent School District teens recently attended the Area Conference of Top Teens of America in Houston.
Woodrow Wilson Early College High School students Paige Davis and Kalan Gardner Jr. made their debut as Miss and Mr. Top Teen, Port Arthur Chapter.
The group also won second place in Outstanding Top Teen Program of Work.
