Gentlewoman Mrs. Blanche Lee Haynes Williams, like the butterflies she so dearly loved, fluttered gently into heaven, Sunday, April 7, 2024.  She was full of years, departing just two months shy of her 90th birthday.

Ms. Blanche was a native of Kountze, Texas and a resident of Port Arthur, Texas for more than 65 years.  She became a devoted Jesus follower in her youth, and was a long-time member and Church Mother of the Church of Jesus Christ Nationwide, CurleyWashington, Jr., Pastor.

She was a matriarch of the Haynes family.

Ms. Blanche had the family wealth of a husband of 43 years; seven (7) natural and bonus children, Henry Allen Williams (Sylvia) Mhresa Groce, Deboria Bryant, Pamela Dickinson (Malcolm), Nobie Cleaver, and Easter Feast (Leroy); seven (7) maternal and  sixteen (16) paternal siblings; and a plethora of grand and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service to celebrate her life is scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 11:00am at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Port Arthur, Texas with visitation from 10:00am until service time. Burial will follow at Live Oak Cemetery.
