Assaults, robberies among crimes in this week’s indictments; see names and charges

A Jefferson County grand jury indicted a number of people on various crimes, including assault and robbery.

  • Alyna Cordelia Beverly, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for abandon endanger child with intent to return for an incident that occurred Feb. 25.
  • Kaden Michael Brown, 26, of Lumberton was indicted for injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury for an incident that occurred March 15.
  • Deandre Samuel Guidry, 26, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a firearm by a felon for an incident that occurred March 17.
  • Justin Anthony Lee, 28, of Bon Weir was indicted or assault family/house member impede breathing/circulation for an incident that occurred Feb. 23.
  • James Roberts, 30, Beaumont transient, was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred March 14.
  • Gabrielle Nicole Rogers, 33, Beaumont transient, was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred March 14.
  • Desiderio Robles, 45, of Beaumont was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age for an incident that occurred Jan. 30.
  • Pleaman Jamal Willis, 31, of Beaumont was indicted for obstruction or retaliation for an incident that occurred March 17.
