According to the Port Arthur Police Department, the stolen puppy was brought to the police station by the suspect and returned to her owners by detectives.

The Port Arthur Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a puppy thief.
According to authorities, the assailant stole the children’s Christmas gift.
The puppy is a female Shih Tzu with curly black hair and weighs 13 pounds.
The suspect is a black female, driving a green colored Cadillac XTS.
