GROVES — Royal Queen Nail in Groves kicked off its grand opening with dragon dancers and a ribbon cutting.
The fun took place Wednesday.
The new business is located at 4011 Lincoln Avenue and is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.

Owners Johnny Vu and Khuyen Hoang were in attendance with business partner Virginia Minins and were joined by members of the Groves Chamber of Commerce and city leaders, among others.
