Happy Birthday to Museum of the Gulf Coast Director Tom Neal, who on Monday turned 69. Neal took over the museum in 2016 after retiring from Lamar State College Port Arthur, where he worked for nearly 40 years. He is also a member of the Port Arthur Historical Society.
