June 15

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 2800 block of Gary.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of South U.S. 69.
• Forgery was reported in the 800 block of South 3½ Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Chicago.
• Online harassment was reported in the 100 block of Hunter Ridge.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of North Sixth Street.
• A death was reported in the 800 block of South 15th Street.

June 16

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 3700 block of Nederland Avenue.
• A person was found to be in possession of a controlled substance in the 3700 block of Nederland Avenue.
• Two burglary of a vehicle reports were made in the 1200 block of South Twin City Highway.
• Assault causes bodily injury was reported in the 1700 block of North 34th Street.
• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 500 block of Avenue D.
• Fraud was reported in the 100 block of North Twin City Highway.
• Assault offensive touch-family violence was reported in the 1200 block of South 15th Street.
• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 2700 block of Avenue H.
• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 700 block of S. Fourth Street.

June 17

• Injury to a child-reckless bodily injury and assault causes bodily injury-family violence was reported in the 3500 block of Helena.
• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 2700 block of Avenue M.
• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 900 block of Shannon Lane.

June 18

• Fraud was reported in the 1600 block of South U.S. 69.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of South 5½ Street.
• Leaving scene of accident was reported in the 2700 block of Nederland Avenue.
• Assault family violence was reported in the 600 block of South 18th Street.
• Assault offensive touch-family violence was reported in the 2100 block of Helena.
• Theft was reported in the 2700 block of FM 365.

June 19

• A death was reported in the 500 block of South 17th Street.
• A terroristic threat was reported in the 400 block of South 4½ Street.
• Accident involving damage to a vehicle was reported in the 2800 block of FM 365.
• Assault causes bodily injury was reported in the 3300 block of Avenue N.
• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 2000 block of FM 365.
• Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, forgery and failure to identify was reported in the 2000 block of FM 365.

June 20

• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 600 block of South 18th Street.
