PAPD identifies local man killed in motorcycle crash
Police identified the Port Arthur man killed in a Sunday single-vehicle crash.
The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Alejandro Hernandez.
On Sunday at approximately 3:52 p.m., Port Arthur Police Department officers responded to the 2400 block of 25th Street in reference to a major motor vehicle crash with serious injuries.
Investigators revealed a man was operating a motorcycle and lost control.
The victim, who police said was Hernandez, was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He later died as a result of the injuries he received in the crash, police said.
The crash is under investigation by the Advance Accident Reconstruction Team.
