Nederland Police made the following arrests between April 13 and April 26:

• Herchel Dugas, 32, public intoxication
• Darnell Johnson, 39, Nederland warrants
• Trevor Edelen, 29, possession of a controlled substance

Nederland Police responded to the following calls from April 13 to April 26:

April 13

• Indecency with a child at an unknown location was reported.
• Arson was reported in the 1000 block of Avenue B.
• A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 3000 block of Eighth Street, Port Neches.

April 14

• Assault offensive touch – family violence was reported in the 3700 block of Parkway Drive.
• Assault offensive touch – family violence was reported in the 1100 block of Kent.
• Assault offensive touch – family violence was reported in the 2200 block of Avenue E.
• An officer assisted another agency in the 100 block of North Memorial.

April 15

• Criminal trespass was reported in the 600 block of South Third Street.
• Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Gary.
• Assault offensive touch was reported in the 100 block of South U.S. 69.

April 16

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 1900 block of Gary.
• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 7800 block of Green.
• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 3300 block of FM 365.
• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment it the 3300 block of Avenue D.
• An officer found a stored or abandoned vehicle in the 300 block of 24th Street.
• A person was found to be in possession of marijuana in the 8300 block of Beauxart Garden Road.

April 17

• Burglary of a building was reported in the 2800 block of Avenue D.
• Arson was reported in the 100 block of Nederland Avenue..

April 18

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of North 20th Street.
• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 2900 block of Nederland Avenue.
• A person was found to be in possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of South U.S. 69.
• Assault offensive touch was reported in the 1800 bloc of Helena.

April 19

• Assault offensive touch – family violence was reported in the 1000 block of Avenue B.
• A person was found to be in possession of marijuana in the 1800 block of Nederland Avenue.

April 20

• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 2900 block FM 365.

April 21

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Chicago.
• Theft was reported in the 2500 block of Avenue F.
• Sexual assault was reported in the 100 block of South Second Street.
• Forgery was reported in the 700 block of South 16th Street.

April 22

• Found property was reported in the 3600 block of Avenue E.
• An officer assisted another agency in the 3200 block of Avenue H.
• Assault offensive touch and criminal mischief was reported in the 3300 block of FM 365.
• Terroristic threat was reported in the 1100 block of North 22nd Street.

April 23

• Assault offensive touch – family violence was reported in the 2100 block of Helena.

• A person was arrested on Nederland Warrants in the 3100 block of FM 365.

• An officer received information in the 800 block of Detroit.
• Theft was reported in the 800 block of Detroit.
• Indecency with a child sexual contact was reported in the 2700 block of Avenue M.
• Found property was reported near South 16th and Avenue B.
• Criminal trespass was reported in the 3600 block of Avenue D.
