Workers with U.S. Builders prepare to build a multi-unit space on the frontage road in the 8400 block of Memorial Boulevard on Thursday.

Carlos Vandover, project superintendent, said the building will be approximately 7,300 square feet in size with one space dedicated to Aspen Dental and two other spaces available for lease.

Work began March 6, and Vandover anticipates a completion by Aug. 15, possibly sooner.
