The Port Arthur Water Utilities Department has updated information and guidelines for utility billing services and other necessary payments to the city in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The city says that customer service and cashiers will implement social distance guidelines and will be limited to taking drive-thru, online and telephone payments.

Water utility billing payments can be made using the drive-thru window at city hall from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, online at www.portarthurtx.gov or the night drop box.
