The following individuals were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:

  • Sadante Deshawn Provost, 19, of Port Arthur was indicted for aggravated robbery for an incident that occurred Nov. 4.
  • Javante Lee Bailey, 26, of Port Arthur was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Dec. 24.
  • Damarcus Relford, 28, of Beaumont was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Sept. 17.
  • Floyd Joseph Guillory, 38, of Beaumont was indicted for deadly conduct for an incident that occurred Jan. 3.
  • James Taylor Cannon, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred Dec. 24.
  • Miranda Raquel West, 33, transient was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred Nov. 27.
  • Allen Keith Williams, 38, of Beaumont was indicted for unlawful possession of firearm by felon for an incident that occurred Nov. 25.
  • Allen Keith Williams, 38, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention with previous convictions for an incident that occurred Nov. 25.
  • Prentice John Gilmore, 35, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony criminal mischief for an incident that occurred Sept. 11.
  • Heath Donald Smith, 45, of Vidor was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred Oct. 19.
  • Sophia Trahan, also known as Caroline Stevenson, 41, of League City was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred Nov.14.
  • McKinley R. Jones, also known as McKinley Ray Jones, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Sept. 7.

  • Joshua Daniel Crum, 30, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 9.
  • Mandy Lynn Socia, 44, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, heroin for an incident that occurred Aug. 13.
  • Moses Thomas Jr., 48, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred July 2.
  • Dwayne Joseph Horace, also known as Dwayne Horace, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, phencyclidine, or PCP, for an incident that occurred Sept. 3.
  • Kenneth Eugene Barthol, 57, of Nome was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Sept. 11.
  • Allison Buckland, 37, of Lumberton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, hydromorphone, for an incident that occurred Aug. 9.
  • Damian Dvon Jones, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for tampering with physical evidence for a incident that occurred June 19.
  • Brenda Gonzalez Sachez, 50, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Aug. 25.
  • Nichole Daniele Story, also known as Nichole Danielle Story, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child passenger for an incident that occurred March 5.
  • Brad Allen Miller, 39, of Nederland was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child passenger for an incident that occurred Nov .1
  • Brandon L. Herring, 33, of Vidor was indicted for retaliation for an incident that occurred Sept. 7.

An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.
