This precious girl, Dixie, was found as a small puppy along with her sister, Trixie, in July 2015, under a trashcan. Trixie has long since been adopted, while Dixie still sits, waits and hopes for a family to call her own. Properly introduced, Miss Dixie gets along with other dogs. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm negative. Won’t you please give Dixie a chance, even if it is just to foster so she can know what a home environment is like?
