Laura Gail Zeno, 58 answered the Master’s call on October 31, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Laura was born to the parentage of Ruth Zeno and Lawrence Batiste, Sr. on August 18, 1961.

She was a 1979 graduate of Lincoln High School and a 1981 graduate of LSCPA as a licensed Cosmetologist.

She perfected her vocation at Freddie’s Hair Kutz for 13 years and then on to Cal’s Mod Shop for 23 years.

In 2000 she began a second career with TDCJ for 14 years until retirement in 2015.

Laura’s life will be celebrated Saturday, 1:00 PM at Greater Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Holmes officiating.

Visitation 11:00 AM until service time.

Internment at Live Oak Memorial Park; services entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home.
