Car strikes pole in Port Arthur, hundreds lose power

A vehicle hit a pole at 30th Street and 9th Avenue in Port Arthur on Monday, knocking out power to hundreds.
Approximately 700 customers are without power.
Officials said crews are on-site making repairs.
