Man, 24, found dead in Port Arthur apartments, suspect in custody

A 24-year-old man was found dead near the Pebble Creek Apartments, 4251 Jimmy Johnson Blvd., Saturday morning, authorities said
Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso confirmed the man’s death, but was not immediately sure of the cause.
Police are working to gather more information, he said.
A female is in custody in connection to the man’s death, Duriso said.
