BEAUMONT — A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following people on Wednesday:

• Daniel Andrew MacGinnis, 60, of Warren, was indicted for murder for an incident that happened Oct. 5, 1988.
• Adrian Frank Villafano, 31, of Vidor, was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Aug. 6.
• Ziffie Joseph Clark, also known as Ziffie J. Clark, 31, of Beaumont was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred July 24.
