The family of Shayne Lyons said they will  be allowed by police to view the video of the fatal shooting that occurred Dec. 28.

Lyons, 35, was shot by a Port Arthur police officer after reportedly carrying a  large weapon and disregarding an officer’s orders to put the weapon down.

A spokesperson for the family said they will view the video tonight.
