2:26: Students at Ridgewood Elementary School are being released early due to a police standoff incident in the area.

Assistant superintendent Julie Gauthier said parents can pick up their children at this time and this is the only campus affected.

Gauther said the early dismissal has nothing to do with the school itself and is being done out of an abundance of caution.
