Garrett Bowery and Davon Jernigan of Lamar have made their fourth All-America football list since the season ended in November.

Bowery, an offensive lineman, and Jernigan, a safety, both made Phil Steele’s All-America third team. The two seniors were named to the Associated Press FCS, STATS FCS and AFCA All-America teams earlier.

Bowery started all 12 games for Lamar and opened up holes for an offense that averaged nearly 250 yards rushing. He is the 2018 Southland Conference Lineman of the Year.
