Loretta George Rastelli, 92, of Port Arthur, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018, at April’s House of Angels in Port Neches. Loretta was born January 23, 1926 in Port Arthur, Texas to Asseph and Bertha George. She was a member of Beacon Baptist Church, a homemaker and a great cook. Loretta was a kind hearted, jovial, compassionate person. Loretta was always putting others first. She enjoyed drinking coffee, playing dominoes and cards.

Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Daniel Rastelli Sr; son, Walter “Danny Boy” Rastelli Jr; siblings, Latief “Tuffy” George, Morris George, Eddie George, Yvonne Pampolina, Bertha George, Margaret George, Mary Ann DeRuiter and Norma Lee Fountain. Survived by her children, Michael Rastelli, Judy Rastelli Keen and her husband Keith and Jerry Rastelli. Loretta also leaves behind grandchildren, Karla Knight, Ashli Keen and Megan Rastelli and six great grandchildren to cherish her memories.

A gathering of family and relatives will be Friday, November 2, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. Officiating will be Chaplain Michael Anderson. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Lonnie Langlinais, Maurice LeBlanc, Homer Coody, Keith Keen, Ronnie Bost and Tommy Lowrance.
