PAPD to host annual Halloween event on Tuesday

The Port Arthur Police Department is again hosting its annual Halloween Trunk or Treat.
The festivities are from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Robert A. “Bob” Bowers Civic Center.
Det. Mike Hebert said the event will be held inside the civic center as opposed to in the parking lot.
