State police ID I-10 fatal victim

A Beaumont woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal vehicle-pedestrian crash reported on Interstate 10 last week.
In an issued statement Sunday evening, the Texas Department of Public Safety ID’d the victim as Brejon Talia Robinson, 21.
DPS said last week that a woman had attempted to cross I-10 on foot around 2 a.m. Thursday about three miles west of Vidor. DPS said the woman was struck by an eastbound Freightliner.
Justice of the Peace Rodney Price pronounced Robinson dead at the scene.
