Beaumont police investigate fatal hit-and-run; cyclist killed
Beaumont police early Sunday were investigating a hit-and-run that left a cyclist dead alongside Interstate 10.
In an issued statement, police said an officer entering I-10 from Pine Street at 1:16 a.m. saw debris in the roadway and stopped to investigate.
