Vincent, traveling behind the Cobalt, hit that vehicle and the impact cause his truck to hit a second car, a 2003 Mercury passenger vehicle, that had been traveling behind him. Troopers said Vincent’s truck rolled over several times in the grass median before coming to a stop.

In an issued statement, the Department of Public Safety said Vincent sustained minor injuries.

DPS said Troopers determined Vincent had outstanding felony warrants and he was immediately arrested at the scene. Due to his involvement in the crash, Troopers said, he was transported to a local hospital to be examined by medical personnel before being booked into the Jefferson County jail.

There were no other injuries reported.
