San Juana Delacruz, 59, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

She was born in San Antonio, Texas to Jose Zamarripa and Ruperta Ramos; a long time resident of Port Arthur, Texas.

She is survived by her son; Jose Delacruz (Daniela), grandsons; Jose Leonardo Delacruz and Ivan Alejandro Carrillo; four brothers and four sisters and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018, from 5 pm to 7pm.  Services are entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
