The following persons were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:

 

• Daniel Paul Berry, 27, a transient, was indicted for robbery, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred July 10 in Beaumont.
• Blake Devon Brown, 35, of Port Arthur was indicted for accident involving injury/death, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred May 26 in Port Arthur.
• Chase Martin Floyd, 22, of Port Neches was indicted for robbery, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred May 31 in Beaumont.
• Chase Martin Floyd, 22, of Port Neches was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred June 20 in Beaumont.
• Michael Tyrone Williams III, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for sexual assault, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 11 in Beaumont.
• Emily Helen Ginakis, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for obtain/attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 12, 2016 in Beaumont.
• Rochelle Adawn Jacob, 33, of Port Arthur was indicted for obtain/attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred June 30, 2016 in Beaumont.
• Deven Michelle Portier, 34, of Port Neches was indicted for obtain/attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 13, 2015 in Beaumont.
• Susan Marie Wilson, 46, of China was indicted for obtain/attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred July 29, 2016 in Beaumont.
• Cameron Knaus aka Cameron Paul Knaus, 25, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 9 in Beaumont.
• Daemond Dietrich, 53, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred May 10 in Beaumont.
• Raymond Charles Chaison aka Raymond Chaison, 46, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 6 in Beaumont.
• Johnathon Christopher Nelson aka Johnathan Christopher Nelson, 27, of Lumberton was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred May 29 in Jefferson County.
• Alfonso Arredondo, 24, of Port Arthur was indicted for DWI w/child passenger, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred May 5 in Port Arthur.
• David Tyrone Watson, 49, of Bon Weir was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 28 in Jefferson County.
• Anthony DeWayne Wilson, 41, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 27 in Port Arthur.
• Drue Thomas Aran, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for credit/debit card abuse, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Sep. 7 in Beaumont.
• Taylor K. Coward, 24, of Buna was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Dec. 16 in Beaumont.
• Elizabeth Ruffin, 55, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony theft (prior theft convictions), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Dec. 20 in Port Arthur.
