In an issued statement, police said officers executed a search warrant at the Moon Game Room, 3430 Concord, around 7 p.m. Homeland Security investigators, code enforcement officers, and fire marshals accompanied them.

Police said employees there were using a magnetic lock to keep people “from freely coming in and out of the game room.” A uniformed, unlicensed security guard, armed with an “air soft gun,” was inside.

Police said Hoang Cong Nguyen was the game room operator.

Additional charges were pending, police said in their issued statement.
