The Healing After Harvey Mental Health Symposium which was set for today, July 9, has been cancelled due to an unexpected power outage at the Robert A. “Bob” Bowers Civic Center in Port Arthur.

The Spindletop Center, which is hosting the event, is working to reschedule at a later date.
