Bond is set at $100,000 for Blake Devon Brown who is charged with the fatal hit-and-run Marvin Levine, 44.

Brown, 35, was arrested Friday by Port Arthur police for the May 26 incident.

Levine was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle that left the scene of the auto-pedestrian accident in the 300 block of H.O. Mills Boulevard, according to a press release from the Port Arthur Police Department.

Brown is charged with accident involving injury/death.
