Mr. Philip A. Mosley III, 63, of Port Arthur, TX went home to his heavenly father May 16, 2018. He was born on December 8, 1954 in Fernandina Beach, Florida, to Philip A. Mosley Jr and Gloria Mosley. He was preceded in death by his parents Philip and Gloria Mosley and sister Philicia M. Parker.

Philip A. Mosley III has been a resident of Port Arthur for over 45 years. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Port Arthur, TX. He graduated from Lincoln High School, class of 1974. He then went on to graduate from Lamar University.

Philip was a devoted husband, father, brother and friend. He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife Jocelyn Mosley, three sons; Thyiest Mosley, Philip M. Mosley, and Kristopher Mosley of Houston, Texas, three brothers; Charles (Evelyn) Mosley of Miami, FL, Cyrus (Deborah) Mosley of Dallas TX, Terrance (Stephanie) Mosley Sr of Desoto TX, 1 sister, Duchess Watts (Aaron) of Port Arthur TX, brother in law, Cearly F. Parker Jr of Moss Point MS, one uncle, Joseph Abney of New Orleans LA and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 24, 2018, from 8:00am – 9:30am, with a rosary at 9:30am at St James Catholic Church, Port Arthur, TX. Funeral service will follow at 10:00am. Burial will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 at St. Peter The Apostle Cemetery, Pascagoula, MS. Service entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
