Ozen graduate and Alabama cornerback Tony Brown has signed a free-agent deal with the San Diego Chargers, NFL Network reported.

Twelve Alabama players were drafted, setting an SEC record, according to Saturday Down South, but Brown was not one of them. He had just one interception and made 29 tackles in winning a second national championship with the Crimson Tide in 2017.

Brown (6 feet, 198 pounds) was a five-star prospect coming out of Ozen in 2014, according to Saturday Down South. He finished his Alabama career with 86 tackles and three interceptions, two of them coming in 2016.
