Beverly Jean Henderson 88 of Groves, TX left this earth and joined her Heavenly Father on April 7, 2018 in Granbury, TX.  Born in Kansas City, Kansas January 5, 1930, she lived most of her life in Groves where she raised her family.  Beverly retired from Nederland Independent School District after 20 plus years of service.  Throughout her life she volunteered her time at many organizations among them The Medical Center of SE TX.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Genevieve Davis, her brother Jim Davis, and her son William Lawrence Henderson.

She is survived by Saundra & Danny Major of Denton, John & Peggy Henderson of Granbury, Donna Childress of Livingston, Patty & Jerry Gaspard of Kirbyville, Robert & Karen Henderson of Magnolia, Thomas Henderson of Houston, Lisa Granger of Port Neches, Dennis Dubois of Kirbyville, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Friendship Baptist Church in Groves TX on Sunday April 22, 2018 at 3:00 PM with visitation starting at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Friendship Baptist Church in Groves.
